Clark Gable Had Bad Breath

HorseyGable

Whenever I see the word “debonair”, I think of American actor Clark Gable.  He was the true essence of the leading man in Hollywood.

Born as William Clark Gable in Cadiz, Ohio on February 1, 1901, teenage Gable decided to become an actor after seeing the play “The Bird of Paradise”.

Despite all of his fame and fortune, and misfortune of losing his beloved third wife – Carole Lombard – in a plane crash,  I believe Gable’s breath was atrocious and all his leading ladies likely had to hold their own breath during close scenes because of the raunchy odor emanating from Clark’s oral cavity.

His breath could probably kill a horse.
